About me
I am a biologist by training and hold a PhD in Biomedicine and Public Health. As a scientist focused on impact and evidence translation, I lead transdisciplinary research on the built environment and health, with a particular emphasis on school environments. My work explores urban school settings, urban naturalization, nature-based therapies, impact evaluation, implementation science, and knowledge translation. I am also actively involved in promoting community participation through citizen science and participatory methodologies.
Additionally, I have extensive expertise in Occupational Epidemiology. Specifically, I have investigated the impact of chronic conditions and multimorbidity on occupational outcomes, as well as how working life trajectories influence health over the life course.
