About me
Pallavi Gupta has over 16 years of experience as an international development practitioner. She currently leads the USAID-funded Asia Resilient Cities (ARC) Project, that addresses cross-cutting urban development challenges across Bangladesh, India, Mongolia, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Indonesia. Prior to ARC, Pallavi directed the USAID’s LASER PULSE program at Purdue University, leading a global consortium of institutions—including Indiana University, Makerere University, the University of Notre Dame, and Catholic Relief Services. This program informed policy across 50 projects in 21 countries.
Additionally, as the Program Director of Purdue's Shah Family Global Innovation Lab, Pallavi managed 28 projects in humanitarian response, health, clean energy, agriculture, and education across 17+ countries. Earlier in her career, she served as a management consultant with PwC in London and as a software engineer with Autodesk in Singapore and IBM Software Labs in India.
Pallavi holds an MA in International Development from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University, US, an MS in Management Information Systems from the London School of Economics, UK and Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from VTU, India
