I am a geospatial epidemiologist interested in spatial health metrics for an improved understanding of disparities and vulnerabilities at high spatial resolution in sub-Saharan Africa.
My current work involves measuring local temperature and humidity within cities in Africa, defining geographic access to emergency obstetric care and defining vulnerability indices, coverage of interventions, disease prevalence, and associated obstacles for maternal health in urban areas.
